Abstract
The article is divided into five parts and a conclusion. The first three parts include an Introduction about introducing “liturgical theology”, the hermeneutics of Vatican II texts and the first paragraph of the Constitution. Part four concerns theological reflections on and from the Constitution emphasizing the paschal participatory and pastoral dimensions of the liturgy celebrated on the basis of the principles of the Incarnation and sacramentality. Part five concerns proposals for the craft of theology as derived from the Constitution including how to understand theology and some important characteristics of the liturgy for he New Evangelization. The Conclusion offers a working definition of the liturgy.

L’articolo è suddiviso in due parti, precedute da una “Introduzione” riguardo la “teologia liturgica”, l’ermeneutica dei testi del Vaticano II e il primo paragrafo della Costituzione. La prima parte riguarda alcune riflessioni teologiche sulla Costituzione o che prendono avvio dalla stessa, sottolineando la partecipazione al mistero pasquale e le dimensioni pastorali della liturgia celebrata sulla base dei principi dell’Incarnazione e della sacramentalità. La seconda parte si preoccupa di offrire proposte riguardo il compito della teologia, come suggerite dalla Sacrosanctum concilium, compreso il modo di capire la teologia stessa e alcune importanti caratteristiche della liturgia in rapporto alla nuova evangelizzazione. La conclusione offre una definizione operativa della liturgia.
