El influjo del Ritual de Exequias en la redacción del Código de Derecho Canónico

Abstract
The reform of the matter of munus sanctificandi of the current Code was influenced by the Council’s provisions, the post-conciliar legislation and, also, the liturgical books. The aim of the study is to show the direct allusions to the Ritual of Christian Funerals 1969 that occurred in the various phases of the process of codification, always from the minutes published in the magazine Communicationes.
Resumen
En la reforma de la materia del munus sanctificandi del Código actual, influyeron las disposiciones conciliares, la legislación posconciliar y, también, los libros litúrgicos. El estudio pretende mostrar las directas alusiones al Ritual de Exequias de 1969 que se dieron en las diversas fases del proceso de codificación, siempre desde las actas publicadas en la revista Communicationes.
Juan Damián Gandía Barber es profesor de Munus Sanctificandi y de Derecho Matrimonial en la Facultad de Derecho Canónico integrada en la Universidad Católica de Valencia “San Vicente Mártir”, y Decano-Presidente de la misma.
